DIGITAL PRODUCT OWNER

Our successful client, a leading manufacturer of global products with a presence including USA, Japan, Australia, Europe, and UAE are hiring for an experienced Digital Product Owner to join their team.

Offering the opportunity to Product Own a brand new, self-built app, this is a great opportunity for anyone with at least 3+ years experience as a Digital Product Owner with an in-depth knowledge of Agile and Waterfall processes and principals.

The role:
Own the purposely developed business suite of digital tools which includes quotation, site drawing and client management to ensure maximum value delivery
- Define the product user stories and set, manage & prioritise the development backlog through clear acceptance criteria, estimation and sprint planning
- Work with a range of stakeholders across multiple areas to define the longer-term Digital Roadmap by understanding new business needs and translating them into product requirements; performing cost benefit analysis as required to assess ROI of features to aid the prioritisation process.
- Maintain a close working relationship with both internal and external development teams to ensure product delivery in agile and waterfall cycles
- Collaborate with the Design team to define the UX & UI for all future capabilities, participating in user testing initiatives when required
- Create and manage the technical roadmap to deliver the product vision
- Work with conflicting priorities and use customer insight and value measuring practices to make informed decisions
- Collaborate with the project management team to create product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
- Help the organisation mature their agile journey, ensuring best practices are being followed
