We are seeking friendly and professional individuals to join Blue Diamond as Catering Assistant within our busy Cafe Theatre Restaurant. The Restaurant sits within Blue Diamond's Redfields Garden Centre. **The positions available are for 20+ hours minimum per week and up to 40 hours per week.**

We pride ourselves on our high food standards, and **our customers are our main priority**, so therefore you will be someone who is passionate about customer service, is immaculately presented, and is professional and friendly towards staff and customers at all times. A good knowledge of food, beverage and coffee making is essential.

Duties include:

- Table clearing
- General cleaning
- Serving customers
- Operating appliances
- Other general duties
- Taking orders
- Making of coffee
- Hosting customers to the table

Previous experience of waiting on staff is an advantage however full training will be provided.

Salary will be based on experience, but you can expect your role to be varied and there can be great opportunities to develop and progress your career within the Blue Diamond Group. In addition, there is a generous staff discount and paid holiday.
