**The Role - Project Coordinator**

We are looking for a **Project Coordinator** to join our Research and Development team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the coordination, monitoring and control of R&D projects. The key responsibilities are:

- Assist Project Leaders to plan and manage projects to meet product time-to-market and cost targets to the agreed standards
- Monitor project progress in terms of KPIs and financial status
- Coordinate Project Change Control and Project Management Audits
- Assist Functional Managers and the Head of Department with administrative tasks and department key performance indicators and data capture
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and update records such as memos/presentations
- Track documents through the approval procedure
- Participate in Continuous Improvement activities

**Your Qualifications**
- Previous experience in supporting the delivery of development projects
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to work effectively, independently and in a team-based environment
- Strong multi-tasking and organisational skills
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Experience working within a highly regulated environment is preferred
