**What can you bring to Banham?**

Your ability and experience to Lead a team by example will be paramount in this role.
- Proven experience in managing Engineer diaries and supporting a team to book jobs effectively and efficiently.
- Able to prioritise workloadincluding;- Checking and ordering items for the engineering team as necessary
- General administration duties within the department
- Experience in report generation and monitoring
- Your geographical knowledge of London and the surrounding areas will be extremely beneficial for workload planning.
- You will be confident to deputise for the department manager in their absence and want to be a champion for the safety and security of our customers and their personal information.
- A desire to contribute to and drive team performance on agreed KPI’s and SLA’s
- Have a customer-centric attitude maintaining fantastic internal and external customer relations at all times.
- Be able to support the onboarding of new desk and on-road team members within the department.
- Support development and implementation of new systems and processes within the department
