The primary responsibilities of the role will be to manage the inventory control systems, maintain product data, reports, rectify all stocking issues, review and analyse the results of operational audits, report findings to management and make recommendations for improvement as necessary while supporting the FSL management and there teams in WHS and stock management for all customers in hitting and maintaining all service levels and stock integrity.
Conduct root cause analysis of inventory discrepancies and work with the Inventory Manager supported by the Regional Logistics Manager and any external partners to put lasting solutions in place
Monitor lost, damaged, and faulty stock levels in line with the business KPIs, submitting detailed investigation report to the Inventory manager where necessary for sign off or escalation.
Run daily checks of all EDI feeds and correct any failed messages to make sure Trace and any other WHS matches the warehouse system
Investigate short delivery disputes for and by customers
Process customer non-conformance complaints and pass on to the warehouse Managers where necessary
Maintain the performance and audit reports and distribute to the FSL division.
Present KPI reports on our customers and FSL performance
Support with weekly/monthly Logistics storage invoice checking and processing on the system
Work closely with all internal stakeholders/departments to ensure efficient working processes
Create positive working relationships with FSL & suppliers with issues in line with full stock control management fulfilment.
