Cloud Support Engineer - Manchester/Hybrid Working - Up to 35k
On behalf of our growing client based in Manchester, we are recruiting for a talented Cloud Support Engineer. As Cloud Support Engineer, you will have previous exposure to working for a technology organisation in a support and engineering role. Ideally,you will have experience working with SaaS/Cloud platforms.
The Cloud Support Engineer will be responsible for:
- Provide 1st line support to a broad variety of customers
- Have a strong troubleshooting and analytical mindset when resolving customer issues
- Work as part of a small team to help improve support efficiencies and first resolution
- Adhere to strict SLAs and continual improvement
- Document HOWTos, solutions and findings to help other members of the team
- Build strong customer relationships and success
The Cloud Support Engineer will have the following:
- Troubleshoot and problem solver
- Experience with AWS is preferable
- Process-driven
- Strong technical understanding of SaaS/cloud platforms
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to liaise with stakeholders across the business
- Presentational skills
