Millview Plumbing is a thriving plumbing and heating company located in the West of Scotland. Location: Our jobs are across all of the West of Scotland and applicants will need to have their own transport and a full clean drivers license.
**Salary**:
Starting Salary is dependent on experience, but at minimum £24,000 Annual.
**Job description**
This post will report to the Plumbing Director and will be expected to attend job sites and troubleshoot problems in a logical and well organised manner whilst maintaining a professional but friendly attitude that our customers have come to expect. Job may include: maintenance/reactive work for both domestic and commercial buildings, and new installs in both a domestic and commercial setting also. Experience in all of these areas is desirable but not necessary, any training required will be provided.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Visiting maintenance jobs and troubleshooting issues found.
- Communicating with tenants and letting agencies in order to gain entrance to properties.
- Completing all work to a high standard, and leaving a tidy work area.
- Ordering and collecting materials from suppliers.
- Keeping accurate records of work carried out and purchases made.
- Maintaining a friendly and approachable attitude while on the job.
- Carrying out boiler services and installs.
- Completing installs of new bathrooms/kitchens/ etc. to an exceptional standard.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Ideally 8 years’ experience in one of the fields mentioned above.
- SVQ Level 3 in Plumbing, Gas ticket would be an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Valid CSCS card would be an advantage.

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
