**The Role**
As the Global Head of Project Planning, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will be responsible for all Babcock project plans are deliverable, reliable, efficient and align with Babcock’s goals.

Day-to-day, you’ll support the global director of project controls in delivering the project planning discipline’s mission across the business globally.
- Develop and maintain deliverable project plans
- Maximise the efficient use of manpower, materials and equipment to meet operational objectives
- Foster seamless communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Leverage advanced tools and methodologies to enhance planning precision
- Provide best practice guidance in the delivery of project planning

This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and is adaptable and can be delivered from various locations.

**Experience required of the Global Head of Project Planning**
- Expert level knowledge of project planning
- Planning integration expert that can interface and interact with other disciplines
- Expert using planning toolsets, including Primavera P6 and MSP
- Ability to take ownership of problems affecting the planning discipline
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities

**Qualifications for the Global Head of Project Planning**
- Degree qualified in a relevant field
- Post graduate qualification is desirable
- Professional body membership e.g. APM / Acoste / RICS
