A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our team as Hospitality Assistant. You will provide excellent customer service to our clients and their visitors, performing all operations requested by a customer without direct supervision. Main responsibilities will include the efficient and prompt delivery of refreshments, providing assistance in the use of client suite or presentation equipment, adhering to all Intelligent Office policies and procedures, courteous interaction with visitors to our Customers’ premises following the Intelligent Office UK protocols for this service, arranging hospitality, assisting with events and completing general administrative duties as required.

**Your remit will include but is not limited to**:
Setting up meeting rooms

Setting up basic IT requests for client meetings

Arranging hospitality and organizing catering

Supervising and assisting at events

Diary management and planning, including meeting room bookings

Responsible for personal H&S

Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness in the hospitality environment

Ensuring a warm and professional welcome for all clients and visitors

Suggesting potential improvements to the First Impression Team Leader

To be aware of the day-to-day Health and Safety requirements surrounding working area

To immediately raise any Health and Safety concerns to your manager or team leader

To participate in any on-site Health and Safety audits or assessments

Assisting with legal admin tasks when required

Closing down reception and cover switchboard calls for a specific period of time
