**The job at a glance**

Reporting directly to the Finance Business Partner (Revenue) you will be responsible for supporting a range of finance and business operations required to support the rapid growth of the business. You will be organised, resilient, flexible and adaptable with a focus on quality processing and the continual improvement of all business operations. This is an ideal opportunity for a self-starter, who is looking to develop their skills and knowledge in a range of financial and operational areas.

**What you'll do**
- Take ownership of a range of day-to-day customer billing activities and record keeping to keep our current and historical data up to date and accurate.
- Work closely with other areas of the business to ensure that billing requirements are accurately and promptly communicated.
- Undertake duties in line with agreed procedures, identifying where enhancements can be made.
- Support the Finance Business Partner (Revenue) and wider team on project activity and process improvement initiatives as required.
- Log and resolve billing queries; following up as necessary to enable a speedy resolution to customers’ queries.
- Dealing with day-to-day correspondence from customers, ensuring prompt responses and supporting incoming queries.
