**Employer description**:
This client is looking for an ambitious individual to join their Business Unit team in Kilmarnock. You will be part of a wider Renewables Network who are currently working on site on a £36 million pound project. They are a worldwide energy systems integrator, who work across 39 countries and have turned over 4.9 billion euros so far. With a key focus on energy transition, they look to target those who transform and transport electricity.

**Overview**:
This role will be providing support to all aspects of the business unit and site projects. You will be based in the Kilmarnock site but will be providing support across the wider Scotland renewables Network. You will have regular contact with the Project Management team and Finance for escalating wider queries but will be the main point of contact for the site teams to ensure optimum project delivery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Placing bookings, creating new events, providing information requests and investigating issues and queries using a finance reporting system and central storage system
- Record keeping, finance requirements and project support
- Managing and supporting requests relating to project and training reports
- Reporting for timesheets, updating data in the training database and recording shared files using Microsoft Office Suite
- Supporting staff members, contractors, customers and suppliers
- Processing standard event requests, investigating event issues, cancelling / rescheduling events, and learners
- Reviewing site functionality and procurement

**Desirable skills**:

- Good foundation knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent communicator at all levels
- Computer literate
- Good team player
- Driver’s licence and access to a car is essential

**Salary**:
£18,000 - £20,000 per annum

**Working hours**:
Monday to Friday, either 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
