**Care Assistant**

**Who are we?**

Since 2010 ND Care & Support have provided a range of bespoke domiciliary care services for children, young adults, adults and older people throughout Wales. We are a registered member of the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW).

**About the role**:

- Supporting with personal care to promote well-being
- Supporting with medication.
- Food preparation and support with a healthy balanced diet
- Light domestic tasks (laundry, cleaning etc.)
- Companionship
- Shopping

**As a Care Assistant with ND Care & Support, your hard work and commitment will be rewarded in a number of ways. You will receive**:

- New starter bonus of £250*
- Paid travel and waiting time
- Part time hours and set shifts
- £12.50ph on weekends
- Full visits / calls paid, not minute by minute
- Refer a Friend bonus of £150 for you and your friend if they join us*
- Have previous care experience. This is desirable but not essential, as full ongoing training and support will be provided
- Be a caring and compassionate person, with a passion for supporting the most vulnerable people in our community
- Have a calm and flexible approach to work
- Have a full driving license, access to a vehicle, and business insurance
- Be happy to travel in the community to provide care
- Be able to commit to set shifts each week (eg. 07.00 - 15:00 & 15:30-22:00)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.50 per hour
