**Front of House Team Member (Part-Time) - The Bears Trading Company**
- Tankerton, Kent_ | _15 hours per week_ | _£7.55-£12.25 per hour (age dependent)_

The Bears Trading Company is on the lookout for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused **Front of House Team Member** to join our welcoming crew in the heart of Tankerton. If you’ve got a knack for great service, love a relaxed but energetic café vibe, and know your way around a coffee machine, we want to hear from you

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Greeting and seating customers with a warm welcome
- Taking orders and serving food & drinks (barista skills essential)
- Maintaining a clean and tidy environment
- Light cleaning duties and washing up
- Stock monitoring and basic maintenance
- Being a positive and proactive part of the team

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Essential Skills & Qualities**:

- Barista trained
- Calm under pressure and able to multitask
- A customer-first mindset
- Target-driven with an eye for detail
- Flexible and reliable with a “can-do” attitude
- Able to work independently and take initiative
