**Position**: Sales Negotiator Estate Agency
**Permanent, full-time position available (part-time considered).**
**OTE in the region of £28,000.00 per annum.**

Our dedicated team is committed to delivering outstanding results, and we are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join us as a Sales Negotiator.
**The Role**
As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties for sale, ensuring they are marketed effectively and professionally. Your role will include arranging viewings, negotiating offers between buyers and sellers, and acting as the key point of contact throughout the process. Youll play a vital part in driving sales by delivering exceptional customer service and building strong, lasting relationships with clients. Working closely with your team, you will strive to meet and exceed performance targets while maintaining the high standards of service Poole Townsend is known for.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Managing a portfolio of properties for sale
- Prioritising a busy workload within tight deadlines
- Arranging and conducting property viewings with potential buyers
- Liaising directly with vendors and purchasers and negotiating sales
- Providing clients with regular updates and feedback
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Promoting all aspects of Poole Townsends services
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant property laws and regulations
- Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a sales or estate agency role is preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent IT skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of motivation and drive to succeed
- Full UK driving license with business insurance and access to own vehicle
