We are looking for a resilient, robust, self motivated clerical officer to join our busy clerical hub based at Castle Hill Resource Centre. The successful applicant will provide general admin and clerical duties,

Processing referrals, inputting data, taking telephone queries, archiving patient notes, preparing reports, preparing notes, photocopying and other general office duties.

Bolton NHS Foundation Trust and Bolton Borough Council are working in partnership to deliver efficient and effective patient-centred, integrated services across the health economy to reduce hospital admissions and support people to remain at home.

In order to meet this objective, we are seeking to appoint a Clerical Officer who is a flexible individual with excellent communication, IT and organisational skills to become part of the clerical team working across community teams within the Integrated Community Services Division

The role will be part of a clerical team supporting clinicians that works over seven days between the hours of 8am and 6pm, typical shifts 8-4/9-5/10-6 with longer days when working a weekend, this is a 365 days a year service.

**Duties will include**: Processing referrals, inputting data, taking telephone queries, archiving patient notes, preparing reports, preparing notes, photocopying and other general office duties.

Experience of working within healthcare would be preferable.

The post is 37.5 hours over 7 days a week. The successful applicant will be expected to demonstrate a flexible approach to working hours to cover the service at times of peak pressure.
