**What does it take to join our team? **

It’s about how you work with the Head Chef and get to know our menus inside out, from our legendary breakfasts to pub classics. How you go out of your way to share your knowledge and help your teammates. How you keep your cool when things heat up. And howmuch you care about everything you do. From health, safety and hygiene, to every sensational plate of food you put your name to. So, if you’ve worked in a busy kitchen team before, maybe as a back
- or front-griller, a line chef or a chef de partie, that'sideal. But with our fantastic training, we can teach you all you need to know.
