**Experience**
**Essential**
- Experience of working as an assistant psychologist supervised by a clinical psychologist.
- Experience of running psychoeducational groups.
- Experience of working in an inpatient setting.
- Experience of maintaining office systems and undertaking administration tasks.
- Experience of teaching others within professional and/or academic settings.
**Desirable**
- Experience of delivering group or individual based psychological interventions
- Experience of working in ABI, Forensic, Health and/or LD settings.
- Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Previous experience of conducting research, audit and project working.
- Direct clinical experience of specialist psychometric assessment, formulation and treatment of clients.

It is the objective of Elysium Healthcare Services to be the independent sector provider of choice in our field. We are committed to responding positively to customer needs and to delivering services of measurable quality.
The business has four types of customer; service users, staff, purchasers and external agencies.
Patients may suffer from mental illness, personality disorder and/or learning disabilities. Service users at the unit are detained under the Mental Health Act. Referrals are taken from many sources including psychiatric hospitals, prisons and courts.
The workforce of the organisation is multi-disciplinary; a significant proportion of those are employed within the clinical disciplines. In addition, other departments provide support services.
