**About us**

WT Transport is a family-owned business based on Swan Valley, Northampton.

We have many different departments, including warehouse, our own workshop team, customer services, and operational teams for both warehousing and traffic. We have grown organically and substantially over the years, now with a team of 85 employees, and moved into our newly built premises in Swan Valley in 2022.

We are now actively seeking new members to join our hardworking Warehouse Support Team and are looking for additional team members. The ideal applicant will have experience in stock control, or similar and transferable skills.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Managing client accounts - responsible for accurate administration of customer orders
- Processing customer orders through WMS on a daily basis
- Maintain schedule sheets for stock control
- Inputting accurate data into the WMS and maintaining the data base
- Ensure accurate customer communication, rectifying any issues and escalating where appropriate.
- Manage and file all paperwork appropriately and ensure that reports are sent in a timely manner.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Sound IT skills
- Confident communicator both written and verbal.
- Experience in communicating with both internal departments as well as customers
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to organise and multi-task.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work on their own initiative
- Manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a confident, professional and welcoming approach at all times

Pay: £24,000.00 per year
