We are seeking a highly motivated Operations & Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic Property Maintenance team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects and the growth of our business through effective coordination, sales, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate contractors on various jobs to ensure timely and efficient completion
- Coordinate maintenance works for customers, including a range of commercial work and private work
- Provide customers with quotes for works and assist with turning quotes into jobs
- Coordinate and assist with managing H&S maintenance work such as fire panel servicing and PAT testing
- Communicate with customers on feedback from completed jobs, help build relationships
- Utilise our CRM system to organise ongoing works and track project progress
- Participate in sales activities to drive business growth, including networking, business development, sales calls, and business-to-business sales
- Account management of existing clients
- Distribute marketing materials such as leaflets to promote our services.
- Perform general ad-hoc administrative duties to support the team

**Requirements**:

- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Competent IT skills, including Excel and Word
- Sales experience and a proactive approach to business development
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Previous property maintenance experience or knowledge would be desirable but is not essential

Job location: Bowerham, Lancaster

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, 30 mins break

**Salary**: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
