Due to sustained growth our client is looking for a motivated individual to join their team in Rutherglen and assist with service deliver on a number of client contracts.

The role will involve the following:
- Offering consultative recruitment solutions aligned with client expectations
- Build applicant sources through various mediums i.e. CRM, advertising, networking, Job boards etc
- Interacting with clients on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction gaining useful feedback and related actions
- Resolving client issues promptly
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations for the industry
- Complying with all relevant sector specific legislation
- Assessing market conditions and identifying opportunities

**Administrative & General**
- Having a sound understanding of client's contracts and terms of business
- Prioritizing workload to achieve maximum revenue at all times.
- Adhering to client's Professional Codes of Practice and REC professional standards
- Preparing and processing 100+ timesheets to meet deadlines weekly, agreeing hours & costings with the client.

Sound use of company management systems, payroll and billing policies and procedures including accurate database management

Assisting with the “out of hours” on call. Customer Service, problem solving & filling bookings.
- Able to demonstrate experience of working within a customer service or recruitment role and able to deliver exceptional customer service
- Experienced in developing business relationships
- Self-motivated and able to identify opportunities
- Tenacious and resilient
- Ambitious, driven and determined
- Able to demonstrate their problem solving, influencing, questioning and listening skills
- Proficient in both written and oral communication skills
- Able to demonstrate outstanding organizational skills and good attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

**Salary**: Negotiable from £18k per annum

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
