**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare ingredients for frying, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and meats.
- Operate frying equipment safely and efficiently to cook various menu items.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food is cooked to perfection.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the frying station, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist in meal preparation and food preparation tasks as needed by the kitchen team.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Help maintain inventory of cooking supplies and report any shortages to the kitchen manager.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in a culinary or restaurant setting, preferably in a frying or cooking role.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a willingness to help colleagues as needed.
- Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
- A passion for cooking and creating high-quality dishes that delight customers.

Pay: From £10.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
