**About the role**:
Working closely with the Head of and Deputy Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) to support the implementation of the DEI Strategy. This role will be responsible for the coordination of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives across the UK & Ireland. This is a hybrid role and could be based anywhere in the UK.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support project management of key DEI initiatives and DEI Council activities
- Coordination of DEI learning throughout the UK&I region
- Communicate DEI updates across all necessary platforms
- Support with event planning and coordination throughout the UK&I region
- Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and internal business partners to process vendor contracts and invoices
- Minute taking at Steering Committee and DEI Council meetings

**General Duties and Tasks**:
Project Support
- Support projects related to the DEI Strategy, maintaining project plans, diary management, attendance at key meetings, taking and circulating meeting notes

Training & Events
- Collaborating closely with Talent Management & Development and external partners to manage training and workshop schedule across UK&I
- Evaluation of engagement in training and workshops; analysing key trends in participation to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and impactful
- Support with event planning and coordination throughout the UK&I region
- Work alongside DEI Talent Acquisition Partner to support with delivery of projects and activities

Comms & Administration
- Manage invoice and contract process, ensuring is completed in a timely manner and budget tracker updated accurately
- Manage DEI Pool Mailbox
- Stay abreast of activity and trends within the insurance market relating to DEI and report back to Head of and Deputy Head of DEI

**Key Skills and Experience**
- Genuine knowledge, passion, and enthusiasm for diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Strong prioritisation, ability to manage multiple tasks across various stakeholder groups and effective time management
- Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Suite, particularly Power Point and Excel
- Commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment
