**Technical Project Manager
£55k - £65k per annum
Northampton / Hybrid Working **We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join a leading UK law firm with offices across the UK. This role sits within our clients Projects and Innovations team, with this particular position being responsible for the full life cycle of any projects assignedto the Project and Innovations team. Our client is operating a hybrid model of 3 days' work from home and 2 days in the office each week.

**Key Skills**:

- Able to identify opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change.
- Strong ability to communicate with a large range of stakeholders across the business.
- Able to set and manage client expectations.
- Strong experience working as a Project Manager.
- Experience of successful project implementation.
- Good understanding of IT systems, software development and IT infrastructure.
- Experienced in process and requirements analysis.
- Experience working with PPM Software.
- Understanding of Agile methodology, with qualifications in either PRINCE2 or Agile.
- Experience of the whole product development lifecycle.
- Experience in a law firm, professional services firm or other service sector industry is preferred but not essential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work within the Projects and Innovation team while working closely with the IS team to analyse and understand the requirements.
- Define and agree the deliverables, resource requirements and project controls.
- Co-ordinate and work with the project team to produce estimates for the work required.
- Develop and maintain project plans from the project's initiation, through to its conclusion.
- In line with the programme governance produce documentation, including reports and product specifications, required to successfully manage the project
- Ensure all project communications, both written and verbal, are managed and delivered in a timely manner.
- Manage any proposed changes or enhancements to the scope of the project.
- Ensure that the project is delivered within the financial requirements of the business.
- Ensure that the project is delivered within the timescales agreed with the business.
- Manage, monitor and motivate the team assigned to the project.
- Manage suppliers and contractors to ensure targets and deliverables are met.
- Assist in minimising the firm's exposure to risk on the project.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards.
- Ensure that you understand and follow the required policy, procedures and guidelines provided by the P&I team.
