**Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a positive dining experience.

The role will require the candiate to be available evenings & weekends and must be over the age of 18.

This role offers a minium of 8 hours per week, but could increase during busy weeks & months.

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and efficiently while providing recommendations when necessary.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and disposing of waste properly.
- Assist in restocking supplies as needed and report any shortages to management.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service times.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic maths to process payments.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly and approachable demeanour with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing orders.
- Ability to work well as part of a team while also being able to take initiative when required.
