**About the role**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Insurance Advisor (Account Handler) to join our insurance sales and renewals department in Aberystwyth.

You'll be part of a dynamic and experienced team that handles multiple quote requests and renewals across a national client base. As such, your responsibilities will include supporting all areas of the business, including accounts, claims, and general administration.

In order to succeed in this role, you should have strong organisation skills, a keen eye for detail, and good communication skills. Additionally, you'll be comfortable working independently or collaboratively to help achieve company goals and maintain high service standards.

Welsh-speaking is desirable, but not essential.
