**Your Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with duty managers to maintain high standards throughout all operations.
- Take charge of shifts and services, making sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
- Support the completion of checklists and cleaning schedules in a timely manner.
- Oversee the dining experience and support the team with guest enquiries.
- Inspire and mentor your team members, helping them reach their full potential and rock their roles.
- Drive sales, boost revenue, and achieve those targets like a champion.
- Create a positive team environment that embraces change and fuels growth.
- Make sure our amazing staff are engaged, happy, and well taken care of.

**What You Need to Bring to the Table**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or food and beverage establishment.
- A genuine passion for providing mind-blowing customer service and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills that can light up a room and inspire others.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive even when the pressure is on.
- Due to the nature of this role you must be **over 18**
