ROLE: Field Sales Account Manager

INDUSTRY: Haircare

BASIC SALARY: up to £26,000

OTE: £40,000+

YOUR ROLE:
*The Account Manager will be directly responsible for managing an established account base of prestigious business customers across their territory.

*Your role will be to consultatively drive distribution and volume of world class products into your customer base.

*Helping and supporting the customers to grow their businesses through advising, nurturing and developing them to success.

YOUR SKILLS:
*Proven track record of developing an Account Base

*F2F sales experience

*Dynamic, self-motivated and driven

*Enthusiastic for innovation, with a 'cando’ attitude

*Ability to manage time and prioritise workload to ensure maximum productivity

*Confident presenter in a group setting

*Highly flexible approach to coaching and development

*Understanding of Social Media and how to utilise for a commercial benefit

*Entrepreneurial and results driven perspective
