Intercounty Estate Agents are looking for Property Solutions Managers to join our property management team supporting our nine branch network.

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service? We are looking for an organised, customer focused person to join our property solutions team. This team looks after our portfolio of rental homes, assisting landlords and tenants with their maintenanceneeds, contract renewals, property inspections, change of tenancy and more.

This rewarding and fast paced role will be predominantly phone based, working in our head office in Bishops Stortford whilst you complete your training, moving to a hybrid role once your training is completed.

You will need to be dedicated to looking after the needs of your customers, able to empathise & understand situations, manage expectations and communicate brilliantly. The role will involve speaking with tenants, instructing contractors, chasing and organisingworks, issuing legal documents, negotiating renewal terms, analysing reports and making recommendations to customers, all whilst providing a high level of customer care.

No experience is needed as full training can be provided. You will need a full driving licence and your own vehicle.

Working hours are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, with one Saturday in 12 on a rota basis.
