**Senior Finance Business Partner - Supply Chain**

Hull - hybrid working

To partner for the end to end supply chain and work closely with the Chief Operating Officer. This will include tasks such as, long term business case evaluations, benchmarking of effectiveness and short term financial evaluations.

Key areas to focus on are range, pricing, procurement, logistics, operations and customer experience.

The role will challenge, deliver insight and support teams to ensure the best decisions are made and help facilitate profitable sales growth.

**Some key duties**:

- Responsible for providing financial support to supply chain
- Work effectively with the COO and Group FD to lead on profit improvement
- Provide visibility of costs to serve and associated standard costings to be allocated to the commercial team P&L
- Lead, develop and mentor other business partners and analysts
- Develop appropriate budgets, forecasts and KPI's with the COO
- Maintain a live view of supply chain performance

**Experience**:

- A qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA, ACMA with +3 years qualified experience
- Experience working as a proven business partner in a commercial finance environment
- Experience in supply chain or manufacturing
- Strong leadership ability
- Good interpersonal skills
- Advanced MS Excel skills
