Early Years Practitioner

The Big Top Nursery Roman Park (Berryfields) is looking for a Qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our small friendly baby room team, with a maximum of 12 0-2's on a daily basis.
**Duties**:
- Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities for children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and develop.
- Communicate effectively with parents, providing daily feedback.
**Experience**:
- Experience working with young children in a nursery or childcare setting.
- Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to drive positive outcomes for children through innovative teaching methods.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and its implementation.

At the Big Top Nursery we pride ourselves in providing unique experiences for our Big Top Children such as lamb visits, trips to Waddesdon Manor and to our allotment a short walk from the setting, egg hatching, outdoor cooking, carpentry and so much more.
This is a full time position 40 hours a week Monday
- Friday, with alternating shift patterns of 7:30am-4:30pm and 9:00am-6:00pm. Benefits
