The main purpose of the role is that the project is delivered on time and within budget. This is achieved by ensuring that all documentation is received and distributed according to project milestones, maintaining accurate records, and influencing stakeholders to comply with processes and project requirements.

Excellent planning, organisation, and communication skills as well as an ability to manage workload are essential.
- **Permanent role**
- **Monday to Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm**
- **Salary - paying up to £25k dependant on experience**
- **Location: Wakefield - working from the office only**
- **Main Responsibilities**:_
- Maintain and update department trackers on a daily basis to ensure accurate and current information.
- Distribute trackers to individuals as requested, facilitating smooth workflow and task management.
- Update the company work plan and calendar daily, ensuring alignment with project timelines and deadlines.
- Process orders for goods or services as requested, managing the COINS order process for department-related transactions.
- Arrange and document all department accommodations efficiently and effectively.
- Support the collection and verification of timesheets in line with required time frames, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Aid in the creation of cost plans and upload them as required, contributing to financial planning and analysis.
- Generate or modify drawings as needed, assisting in project documentation and visualisation.
- Provide general administrative assistance to department members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Manage department printers, ensuring they are operational and meeting the needs of staff.
- Handle incoming calls when the receptionist is unavailable, maintaining professional and courteous communication.
- Assist colleagues across departments as needed, promoting teamwork and cooperation.
- To ensure that all core duties detailed above are delivered successfully.
- Responsible for the Health and Safety of yourself and those around you. You will ensure all H&S policies and practices are adhered to and escalated in the correct way.
- Ensure that GDPR and confidentiality protocols are always complied with.
- Conduct yourself in line with Company standards in order to maintain the Company’s integrity.
- **Skills**_
- Excellent numerical, written, and verbal communication skills
- GCSE in English and Maths
- Experience of using Microsoft Office including spreadsheets, databases, and document management
- Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role, preferably in shop fit/construction
- Confident telephone manner
- Excellent organisation and prioritization skills
- Highly proactive, organised, accurate and efficient
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload
