**Job Type**: Part-time/Full-time (Evening shifts & Weekends required) 5 shifts per week

**About Us**

We are a well-loved brunch restaurant, and we’re excited to expand our offering with a brand-new **evening concept** Having recently acquired a premises license, we will now be open in the evenings, serving **natural wines, simple yet elegant cocktails, and Mediterranean-style food** in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

**The Role**

We are looking for a **mature, reliable, and**experienced Barista**/Bartender** to join our team and help bring our evening vision to life. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about great drinks, loves creating a warm and inviting guest experience, and enjoys working in an independent, high-quality hospitality setting.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve **high-quality coffee** during late afternoons and transition into **bartending duties** in the evening.
- Mix and serve **simple, well-crafted cocktails** and pour **natural wines** with confidence.
- Engage with guests, offering recommendations and delivering excellent service.
- Assist with general service duties, maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless food and drink experience.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Comply with licensing laws and health & safety regulations.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Previous experience** as a barista and/or bartender is essential.
- A passion for **coffee, wine, and cocktails** with a willingness to learn and expand your knowledge.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused with great communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a **fast-paced** yet relaxed environment.
- **Weekend availability is a must** and flexibility for evening shifts.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
