**As the Food Stock Controller** you will be responsible for receiving all food deliveries to the Hotel, checking for any discrepancies and ensuring they are stored correctly. You will organise and issue all food goods from the Stores accurately to the dedicated area/fridges whilst liaising with the Kitchen Stewards to maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of our loading bay/delivery area.

**What we look for in a Food Stock Controller**:

- Someone with experience of manual handling as this role will involve lifting, carrying and moving deliveries throughout your shift
- Great communication skills alongside the ability and desire to learn
- Attention to detail to ensure incorrect deliveries are noted immediately and addressed and that items are stored correctly
- A flexible attitude and team player
