About your team

Enterprise Infrastructure Services are responsible for the day to day running of Fidelity’s IT solutions and services. We provide secure, reliable and accessible infrastructure on a global scale enabling employees (and customers), to work flexibly and dynamically whilst feeling supported and secure.

About your role
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager to lead the rollout and operational management of AI-enabled personal productivity tools cross FIL. These tools include, but are not limited to, Microsoft Copilot and Chat, Enterprise ChatGPT, and potentially AI-powered low-code/no-code platforms.

About you

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Ownership
- Define and drive the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of AI-enabled productivity tools for end users across FIL.
- Serve as the Product Owner, overseeing backlog management, feature prioritization, and iterative rollout and delivery.
- Ensure the evolving toolset continues to meet the changing needs of the business and reflects advancements in AI.

Vendor & Contract Management
- Manage relationships with key vendors such as Microsoft, OpenAI, and low-code/no-code platform providers.
- Negotiate, execute and monitor vendor contracts, track SLAs, and drive alignment between vendor deliverables and internal objectives and standards, e.g. security/compliance requirements
- Conduct regular reviews and joint planning with vendors to evolve product capabilities.

Evaluate vendor performance and contribute to renewal, scaling, or replacement decisions
- Facilitate new vendor assessments and due diligence alongside procurement, legal, and security teams

Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management
- Partner with business teams, technology groups, and governance functions to align AI tool deployment with business outcomes.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration to ensure company standards such as security, compliance, and ethical AI practices are embedded.

User Enablement & Adoption & Support
- Lead change management, training, and communication strategies to ensure high adoption and impactful use of AI tools.
- Partner with learning and communications teams to drive change and adoption
- Establish and maintain a support framework, including user onboarding, documentation, training, and Tier 1/2 support pathways
- Track and resolve issues, serving as the primary internal escalation point for AI tool incidents
- Monitor user feedback, adoption metrics, and sentiment to continuously refine the product experience

Financial Ownership & Cost Management
- Own and manage the annual budget for the AI Productivity Tools portfolio, including licensing, vendor costs, and internal delivery resources.
- Work closely with Finance and Technology leadership to ensure accurate allocation costs to consuming business units.
- Track and report operational expenditures, identify opportunities for cost optimization, and ensure commercial value from vendor contracts.
- Support investment cases and funding proposals aligned with product roadmap and enterprise priorities.

Team Leadership & Execution
- Lead and develop a cross-functional team comprising product analysts, engineers, change agents, and platform experts.
- Drive agile ways of working and foster a culture of innovation, user-centricity, and continuous improvement.

Skills Required

Essential
- Proven track record as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a technology or digital workplace context.
- Deep understanding of AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Power Platform.
- Experience leading teams in an agile and collaborative environment.
- Strong vendor management experience, including contract negotiation and delivery governance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, cost models, and vendor financials.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
