**Shift Pattern**: 5 Days from 7

**Aftersales Executive Responsibilities**
- Maximising profitability through the sale of our additional products (Warranty, Paint Protection, Tyres, and Trackers)
- Delivering outstanding, 5-star service for every customer - that means going the extra mile especially throughout the aftersales process.
- Maintaining and updating customer accounts, ensuring that each customer has been contacted and is aware of our aftersales products.
- Being a proud and passionate ambassador of SuperBike Factory.
- Selling the right sales packages for individual customers, with integrity and professionalism at the top of your list.
- Building and maintaining lasting and honest relationships with customers through every step of the sales process.
- Meeting monthly sales targets and customer experience standards.

**What we’re looking for in our Aftersales Executive**
- Experience of working in a busy sales environment
- The ability to build strong working relationships with your customers
- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
- Drive to achieve your goals and the goals of the business
- Motorcycle knowledge is beneficial, although not essential
