Davies Resourcing Search are working on behalf of our professional services client which provides an advisory service, specialising in finance related consulting for their network of clients who are based across the UK. As an integrated team, our clientshares skills, insight and resources, as well as a client-centric approach that is based on a deep understanding of their clients’ business, empowering them to move forward with confidence and realise their full potential.
Key responsibilities held within this role include:

- Processing staff starting and returning from maternity leave, starters and leavers.
- Calculating adjustments required, including pro-rata calculations.
- Compiling data for reporting purposes.
- Supporting the Payroll Supervisors in the delivery of an accurate payroll by importing and reconciling uplifts to salaries and various benefits the company offers.

Key skills required for this role include:

- Previous experience of working in an in-house payroll environment
- A good general standard of education, including GCSC (or equivalent) in Maths and English at C or above
- Methodical, organised, and accurate
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software, particulalry Excel
- Good communication skills, both verbal & written
- Excellent team player
