About the role
As a Credit Controller, you must be able to demonstrate strong prioritisation and time management abilities, as well as have a proactive and enthusiastic approach.
Working as part of a team of up to 5, each Credit Controller will have responsibility for their own accounts however there are areas where roles overlap and you will need to work closely with each other so good team skills are required.
You will be experienced in query resolution, cash allocation and chasing payment by phone and letter. A polite but tenacious approach is paramount for this role.
You will be responsible for
Managing your own accounts ledger and providing support for the rest of the team when necessary.
Meeting critical deadlines as you will be working to Financial periods.
You will need
Ideally you will have experience of our account software SAP, although not essential as full training will be given. You must however, be fully conversant with Excel as all our reconciliations and reports are Excel based.
