**Are you a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant? Are you in search of a loving, exceptional school and wish to contribute to their mission? We are now recruiting for an outstanding school in Mitcham as they are looking for a passionate Learning Support Assistant to inspire and support students with special needs and behavioural difficulties.**

**About the role**:

- To foster a nurturing environment that encourages the students’ growth
- To offer personalised teaching and learning in an autism specific environment
- To enable creative ways of communicating concepts to children
- A devoted Learning Support Assistant to support the class teacher and assist students in 1:1 and in small groups

**Requirements**:

- Available to work 08:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday
- Previous experience supporting children or young adults with additional needs
- Available immediately to work as a Learning Support Assistant
