**The Leisure Attendant** **duties and key responsibilities include**:

- To work as part of the Health Club & Spa Team to provide consistently high standards of service are provided enhancing the experience of each and every visitor
- To maintain the Health Club & Spa to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation according to Spa policies and procedures.
- To cover reception/gym and pool duties as required
- To open and close club according to SOP
- To complete two-hourly water quality checks and report back if results are out of range.
- To ensure discarded towels and equipment are put back and poolside kept tidy.
- To report any maintenance issues in the appropriate way.
- Enforce club rules at all times, ensuring orderly behaviour.
- Record pool usage levels.
- Complete opening/closing and daily check/log sheets.
- Manage towel stocks and record as directed in SOP.
- To maximize selling opportunities by adding customer value at every opportunity.
- To handle any customer complaints promptly and professionally demonstrating genuine care and concern

**Preferred Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Be passionate about hospitality and customer service
- Driven and ambitious to consistently deliver and exceed service standards
