Whether guiding their path to net zero or redeveloping their facilities for enhanced efficiency, we create better places for work whilst taking away the burden of facility operations, freeing up our customers to concentrate on their business. **R**ole overview**: The position of Finance Administrator offers the right individual a great opportunity to take the first step into Accountancy. **What you’ll do**: - Assist with contract setup in the Company's financial reporting systems - JD Edwards - Assist with ensuring the contract financial review programme is carried out by company policy. - Assistance with any delegated financial administration and transaction processing, including assistance with the preparation of monthly management accounts and any ad hoc tasks. - Journal Preparation. - Assistance with supplier invoicing system **Who you’ll be**: - Suitable experience with a finance-related background preferable. - Computer literacy is essential.
