**Producer and Editor job description**

We are looking for someone with pitch-perfect promo editing and producing skills to join a growing team creating brand identities, promotions, branded content and experiences for entertainment, airline, travel and luxury brands. Do you want to work with some of the world's most-watched Movie and TV content? We are looking for a hotshot Producer Editor to join our London creative studio. You will primarily be producing and editing short-form entertainment, travel and retail promotions, with ad hoc opportunities to produce longer-form original content.

**About us**
Spafax manages entertainment and media networks for many of the world's leading airlines, delivering inflight entertainment, content marketing and advertising globally. Spafax Studio is our in-house creative agency developing brands, advertising and experiences for the international traveller.

**The Role**
- Creating promos for marketing campaigns - Conceiving, creating and coordinating short, medium and long-form promo videos (circa. 6”, 15”, 30”, 60” and 90”+). You will develop your own promo concepts, write scripts, scope/design graphics (with support from the Motion Graphics designer where required), source assets, mix the audio and create the video edit.
- Permissions & Rights - Ensuring permission and rights for any licensed material used (music, images etc) are in place and correctly documented.
- Project & Production Management - Proactively work to help teams identify and address problems quickly when they arise.
- Manage external resource on promo production - video editors and designers.
- Scope and produce short-form documentary content and PR videos. Ad hoc, as required.
- Part-time remote, part-time in the office (hybrid).

**Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience**
- 5+ years of video editing experience working in a marketing/creative agency, production company or similar.
- Short-form promo and advertising video editing and producing skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Copywriting skills and experience
- Skilled using Adobe Premier Pro and After Effects
- Skilled at music and sound editing.
- Experienced in delivering digital, online, social and broadcast promos across a variety of languages, formats and channels.
- Understanding of non-linear video and graphic production workflows, organisation, and storage.
- Knowledge of the latest video compression techniques for web and broadcast delivery.
- Experience producing original content.

**Desirable**
- Experience working with Movie & TV content.
- Experience managing voice-over recording.
- Experience arranging and attending shoots.
