Skin Laundry Skin Care Consultants work with our clients to address and improve concerns with their skin. As a Skin Care Consultant, you will address specific client skincare concerns, suggesting memberships and products in line with their laser treatment plans to address the skin concerns our clients are dealing with, guiding them to reach their skincare goals.

We are looking for a **Client Coordinator** who works well with others, is highly motivated, personable, friendly, and enthusiastic. In addition, you must be passionate about beauty, skincare, facial aesthetics and have a background in sales/customer service preferably in beauty.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills
- Must have 1-2 years of experience in beauty and sales/customer service
- Must be able to embody the Skin Laundry brand and culture
- your most naturally beautiful self
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and building a relationship with clients
- Self-starter and team player
- Reliable, responsible and trustworthy

**Responsibilities**
- Educate our clients about the treatments we offer, how they work, the expected results and follow throughout their client journey: from their first consultation to returning clientele, following up on their individual skin goals, and recommending their next steps towards achieving them
- Be an expert on Skin Laundry Products and educate our clients on what they need in their daily regimes to continue and improve the benefits of our treatments

**Full-Time Position**
- Open to work on weekends
- Directly reports to Clinic Manager
