**Overview**
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Factory Workers to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Factory Worker, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

**Duties**
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently according to established procedures.
- Assemble products or components as per specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the movement of materials and finished goods within the factory.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge of production processes.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control.
- Good physical stamina, capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 kilograms.
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations within a factory setting.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
