We are seeking a proficient, experienced mixologist/bar tender who is passionate about cocktails and bar service to join our newly refurbished venue

Specification: Mixing and creating beverages and menu items using an extensive range of ingredients including liquor, bitters, soda, sugar, water, and fruits.

Daily Tasks and Responsibilities: - Taking orders from customers and front-of-house staff and preparing correct item as requested.

Preparing drinks and menu items in a timely manner with high attention to detail.

Providing positive customer service at all times and interacting with patrons in a friendly, inviting manner.

Collecting payment for drinks snacks and food

Keeping a well-stocked bar with adequate supplies

Ensure every customer leaves with a great experience. - Create cocktails and other drinks specifically for the company Create drinks items that compliment the menu Key Skills Required

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £50.00-£150.00 per week

Expected hours: 1 - 15 per week

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Holidays
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only
