Are you looking to start a career in construction with one of the UK’s leading precast concrete manufacturers? **Creagh Concrete** is expanding and looking for motivated individuals to join our site teams as **Trainee Precast Installers**.

**About the Role**:
As a Trainee Precast Installer, you will work as part of a specialist site crew, assisting in the installation of precast concrete products such as flooring, stairs, walls, and structural components on construction sites across **England or Scotland**. This role offers hands-on experience, training, and real opportunities to progress within the company.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Assist with the safe and efficient installation of precast units on site
- Follow instructions from experienced team leaders and site managers
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment (full training provided)
- Adhere to health & safety regulations at all times
- Travel to and from site locations as required

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Willingness to work outdoors in a physically demanding role
- Ability to work at heights
- Good attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Previous construction/site experience is helpful but **not essential**:

- Full UK driving licence is desirable
