Imperial Personnel have an exciting opportunity for a Collections Coordinator to join our client in Stockton. Our client is a market leading building materials company.
**Pay**:
Negotiable
**Requirements**:
- Prioritise daily workload to achieve productive results and meet deadlines.
- Monitor all moving parts of the project, keeping them in sync and moving forward.
- Facilitate the development of project plans and coordinate them to competition.
- Conduct research and risk analysis.
- To prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- To monitor project progress and raise any potential issues.
- Measuring and report on project performance.
- To act as the point of contact for all participants.
- Prepare presentations and project planning.
- Minute taking and recording actions and ensuring these are followed up properly.
- Supporting collections and other general admin duties.
**Requirements**:
- Experience of working with a debt collection/payment processing environment.
- Prior experience working and a Project Admin, Coordinator or a similar role.
- Experience with flowcharts, schedules and technical documentation.
- Ability to multitask and stay organised and focused.
- Strong communication skills.
- Competent using MS Office.
- SAP knowledge is desirable.
