**Job Description**:
We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in** Bridgend and surrounding areas **as a Care Professional. We are looking to transport and support our clients out into community, therefore vehicle is required.

As a Care Professional, you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help people remain independent in their own home:

- companionship
- home help services
- personal care services
- many more

**Qualifications**:
No experience necessary - full mandatory and specialist training will be provided

Friendly, approachable and honest. Good communication skills, good listening skills.
Full UK driving license with reliable vehicle due to transport requirement to access community.

Registration with Social Care Wales, if not registered, full support will be provided

QCF/NVQ in Health and Social Care, if not qualfied, full support will be provided

Opportunities to grow withing the company as we are expanding.
