**What you’ll be doing**
This is a brilliant opportunity sitting within the Litigation Team and reporting into the Head of Legal (Litigation), focussing on managing a caseload of complex recoveries of Claimant litigation and providing legal advice on Policy wordings.
**What we are looking for**:
- Evidence of at least 6 years of advising clients (whether private or in-house) on Insurance litigation and Claimant recovery disputes.
- Examples of conducting successful County Court and High Court cases.
- Examples of representing clients (whether private or in-house) at meetings/mediation/Court.
- Examples of conducting multiple cases at once.
- Examples of ability to manage costs throughout a dispute.
- Insurance litigation background is desirable
- Demonstrate sound understanding of Civil procedure in England & Wales.
**Education and Qualifications**
- Solicitor/Barrister qualified to practice in England & Wales with 7+ years PQE.
- Evidence of university degree and any post-graduate qualifications.
