**Fairway Tyres & Auto Services (Watford) - Qualified Motor Mechanic**

**Roles & responsibilities**
- Carrying out servicing, repairs and maintenance work to high standards
- Inspecting vehicle engine and mechanical components to diagnose issues accurately, using computer-based diagnostics equipment
- Repairing/replacing broken or defective parts and resolving defects
- Maintaining equipment
- Road testing vehicles to check repairs
- Following checklists
- Helping junior members of staff (when required)**

**Essential skills**
- Qualified level 3 Mechanic
- Practical experience working in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a busy team
- Proactive and able to work at a good pace
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions (both verbal and written)
- A full, clean driving licence

**Benefits**:

**Salary**: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
