An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Onboarding team within the Go to Market function at LexisNexis. This client-focused team are product experts who use their excellent interpersonal skills to maximise the value of our solutions for our customers.
Our Onboarding Specialists are the first point of contact for a customer following purchase of our online products. They adopt a flexible approach to delivering high quality Onboarding sessions to our customers to ensure new users can successfully navigate our platforms and have the confidence and desire to use them. In this role, you would be a product champion who actively shares their knowledge to upskill and enthuse our clients.
- You have experience in a customer facing environment including telesales, retail, sales, or customer service and be comfortable working with targets
- You have highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, verbal and written, with the ability to adapt your style to the needs of your target audience
- You have excellent time management and organisational skills
- You have a genuine desire to drive successful outcomes for customers and an ability to identify and demonstrate product value

This isn’t for you if:

- you are uncomfortable spending a large amount of time on the telephone with clients and proactively seeking these conversations
- you aren’t comfortable handling objections - the role requires tenacity and a
- desire to encourage and engage new users
- the prospect of presenting to individuals and groups is overwhelming - you will find yourself engaging with individuals and potentially small groups of legal and tax professionals
